Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any service provided by Sewer Diagnostics, Period. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Sewer Diagnostics, Period. provides professional sewer inspection, diagnosis, and related consulting services. Our services may include but are not limited to:
- Video camera sewer line inspection and diagnostics
- Root intrusion and blockage identification
- Pipe condition assessment and reporting
- Sewer line locating and depth measurement
- Written inspection reports and recommendations
3. Scheduling and Appointments
Appointments are subject to availability. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation or trip fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will contact you as soon as possible if this occurs.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee.
Service quotes provided prior to inspection are estimates only. Final charges may vary based on actual conditions found during the inspection.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our inspection services are diagnostic in nature. We make every effort to accurately assess the condition of sewer systems using available equipment and professional judgment; however, we cannot guarantee that all defects or conditions will be identified.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sewer Diagnostics, Period. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.
6. Access and Site Conditions
You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the areas requiring inspection. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if site conditions pose a safety risk to our technicians or equipment.
7. Inspection Reports
Inspection reports and any accompanying video recordings are provided for the use of the client only. Reports reflect conditions observed at the time of inspection. We are not responsible for changes in condition that occur after the inspection date.
8. Text Messaging / SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Sewer Diagnostics, Period. including appointment reminders and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other data categories — including IP address and browser type — exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
9. Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to schedule and perform services. Your contact and property information will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. 10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
